Bale Private Mobile Camp
Bale Expedition Camp is set and struck in the vicinity of the Geysay Plateau. Divided into grasslands, woodlands, Afro-alpine meadowlands, the Erica moorlands and Harenna forest, the wider area is home to a variety of fauna, including the Bale monkey, giant molerat, over half the remaining population of the Ethiopian wolf, very low numbers of mountain nyala, Menelik’s bushbuck, spotted hyena, lion, leopard and African wild dog, and high numbers of endemic bird species.
